Getting the Power Right
Here is the thing: the heat you get depends entirely on how you pair your wattage and voltage. If you go with a high-voltage setup, you can cram more power into a smaller filament. That gives you a really tight, focused heat zone. But you have to be careful. Your transformer output needs to match the lamp’s voltage exactly. Why?
