A typical unit runs at 2500W and 400V, packing serious heat density into a small footprint. The 300mm length focuses the energy right where the parison stretches—the neck and shoulder. And because it’s high voltage, the current draw stays manageable. No need to upsize wiring or contactors just to get the heat you want.
Quartz, Coating, and a Connector That Just Clicks
The quartz envelope runs hot and clean, and the internal halogen cycle keeps output steady over time. No drift. No surprises. We added a reflective coating on the outside to push energy forward, so less heat gets wasted into the frame. And for the install? R7s bases. Drop-in replacement, no tools. In most blow mold fixtures, swapping a lamp is quick and painless.
