We built this 626mm, 220V, 1000W halogen lamp to slip right into your PET blowing setup as a straight swap for your old halogen system. No rewiring the whole machine. Just the right heat, right where you need it—on the preform heating station.

Power, Voltage, and Size

At 1000W and 220V, it delivers steady, high-density infrared heat in a compact package. The 626mm length lines up with the reflector channels most blow molders already have, so you can drop it in and keep the heat geometry exactly where it should be. That means no hot spots on the preform shoulders, just even wall heating. And it pulls a manageable current, so it plays nice with standard machine wiring.

Filament Tech and Build

The halogen cycle keeps the filament stable even when it’s running hot, so the output stays consistent shift after shift. The quartz envelope handles rapid heating and cooling without cracking.
