That just means the filament hits its operating temp in seconds, not minutes.&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re trying to keep your line moving fast, you need high-wattage tubes so the fabric actually gets the heat it needs while passing through. Just a heads-up: if you&amp;rsquo;re running a high-voltage setup, make sure your power supply is rock solid. Voltage spikes are killers—they&amp;rsquo;ll fry your filament way faster than they should.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Why the quartz matters&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz glass. Why? Because it doesn&amp;rsquo;t crack when you cycle it on and off rapidly. Standard glass just can&amp;rsquo;t handle that kind of thermal shock.&#xA;Depending on what you&amp;rsquo;re running, we also offer &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;coated&lt;/a&gt; tubes. Most of our lamps use standard R7s or SK15 connectors. You can just pop them in where your old ones were. No need to rip out your wiring or spend a weekend rebuilding your oven.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The stuff no one tells you&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here is the honest truth: a great lamp can&amp;rsquo;t fix a bad reflector.&#xA;These lamps put out a massive amount of heat. But if your reflectors are pitted, oxidized, or just plain dirty, you&amp;rsquo;re throwing away maybe 30% of your heat. We&amp;rsquo;ve seen too many people blame the lamp when the real culprit is a dirty mirror.&#xA;Keep them polished. And for heaven&amp;rsquo;s sake, make sure you have proper ventilation so the ends of the lamps don&amp;rsquo;t overheat.
