You need to hit that gelation temperature fast. If you don&amp;rsquo;t, the powder sags, and your finish looks like a mess.&#xA;We use high-wattage tubes wrapped in a tight quartz envelope to create short-wave infrared radiation. Instead of wasting time heating up all the air in the oven first, this energy punches straight through to the powder layer.&#xA;It&amp;rsquo;s fast. Really fast. And that changes your whole workflow. Just a heads-up, though: because these lamps put out so much heat in such a small space, make sure your oven’s ventilation can keep up. Otherwise, you might end up scorching your work.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Built for the grit of a real shop&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz glass because it can handle the shock of being turned on and off all day without cracking. Inside, we add halogen gas. It sounds technical, but all it really does is push the tungsten back onto the filament so the bulb doesn&amp;rsquo;t burn out prematurely. It lasts longer. Simple as that.&#xA;And we didn&amp;rsquo;t want you to have to hire an electrician every time a bulb pops. We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. They just slide right in. You can swap a dead lamp in seconds without having to rewire your entire control panel.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;What this actually does for your day&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The biggest win? Your curing window drops from hours to minutes.&#xA;We know factory floors are rough. Things get bumped, dropped, and covered in dust. That&amp;rsquo;s why we build these to be rugged. You get a steady, consistent heat from one end of the tube to the other.
